معتبر وجود نداشته که چربی اشباع و کلسترول
بتونه باعث بیماریهای قلبی بشه.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

علت بیماریهای قلبی مصرف بیش از حد قند
كربوهيدرات، فروكتوز وروغن های نباتیه!!!

کافیه این ۳ تا قانون رو رعایت کنید:
۱ مصرف قند رو کاهش بدید
٢- عمدتاً پروتئین بخورید
۳- از چربی حیوانی نترسید.

چربی خون پایین ۱۰۰، اچ دی ال بالای ۶۰
و ال دی ال بالای ۲۲۰ باید باشه چطور؟

۱ حذف کامل روغن های نباتی
۲ کاهش شدید ،قند کربوهیدرات و فروکتوز
خوردن پروتئین و چربی حیوانی.!!!!!!!!!!!!

تا امروز که این مطلب ميبينين
هیچ مطلب دیگه ای قابل قبول نیست.
یا کلاهبرداریه یا بی سوادی!!!!!!!!!!
