Вы хотите линкануть вторую с первой. Ну пишите target_link... add_deped... в cmake, выставляете атрибуты видимости у нужных функций, классов, собираете линукете и тут что-то идёт по пизде. Вам пишет то что нет адреса функции из второй дл, которую вы не юзаете.
