На самом деле у этой платы есть бОльшая проблема, чем слот ISA и немного зелени. А именно — мёртвый контроллер клавиатуры (или его обвязка). Везу домой другую мать с совместимым с i8042 контроллером. Если не он, то скорее всего стоящий под ним инвертор 7406, на ногах которого тоже было много отложений. Его можно поменять на современный дешевый 74HC05, так что это не проблема. А заодно поменять и панельку.
Можно было бы найти виновника быстрее с помощью осциллографа, но у меня его нет.
