На Рефтинской ГРЭС завершился цикл обучений по проекту #ТопимЗаБезопасность.
В начале тренинга участники разбирали кейсы – примеры конкретных производственных ситуаций, которые могли привести к несчастным случаям. Затем команды выходили на реальное производство для закрепления полученных знаний, после этого сформировали реестр рисков и предложили меры для их устранения.
На сегодняшний день тренинг прошли 37 человек - персонал Рефтинской ГРЭС, СибЭР и пожарной части №50.
