આ જ છે આપણી રાષ્ટ્ર સેવા UPSC માં એક વિષય આવે છે, Ethics એટલે કે નીતિમત્તા.... સાદી ભાષામાં કહીએ તો સાચા અને ખોટા કાર્ય વચ્ચેનો ભેદ. 2 કે 3 વર્ષની નોકરી કર્યા બાદ આવા અધિકારીઓ ખોટી બાબતના નિષ્ણાંત બની જાય છે. બધા જ અધિકારીઓ આવા નથી હોતા. પણ જે લોકો Ethics ભણીને આવે છે અને આટલા મોટા પાયે કૌભાંડ કરે છે તો એમની નીચેના કર્મચારીઓ કેટલું કરતા હશે??? સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા બનતી સિસ્ટમ transperent, digital અને સમયની માંગ મુજબ upadeted હોવી જોઈએ.
