Dear students, in accordance with the Federal laws №114-FZ of 15.08.1996 and №115-FZ of 25.07.2002 foreign citizens arrived in the Russian Federation must have a medical insurance certificate (policy)valid in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Unified Center for registration of foreign citizens.
Working hours: Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00-15:00.
