Как в них примерно ориентироваться. У меня очки +4дптр и мне очень хватает увеличения x7. Увеличения в 10 раз мне много (у меня и такое есть), а ещё разъезжаются глаза и начинает болеть голова.

Поэтому, если ваш плюс меньше, чем у меня, то выбирайте увеличение x5 или x3.
