Если ваша жизнь организована так, что процесс вашей деятельности (в работе, отношениях, творчестве и т.д.) задействует то что для вас действительно важно (ценно), то вы будете ощущать себя живым и счастливым человеком. Если ваш труд отчужден от того что вам ценно, то психики ни остается другого выхода, кроме как истощить вас и остановить от бесполезных для неё телодвижений.
