Senior PHP Developer

Responsibilities:
Define and implement backend system architecture in PHP, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
Provide technical leadership to the team, acting as a mentor and conducting code reviews to enhance code quality.
Actively participate in defining solutions, standards, and technology strategies, aligning business needs with development practices.
Manage technical risks and guide team members (junior and mid-level) for continuous development of their skills.
Interact with stakeholders to ensure robust and effective solutions are delivered.
Qualifications (must have):
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 6 years of experience in PHP development.
Advanced proficiency in PHP and secure development practices.
Proven experience in technical leadership, with a history of acting as a Tech Lead or in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of databases, code versioning, and system integration.
Advanced English skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Nice to have:
Additional technical certifications or relevant coursework.
Experience with modern PHP frameworks or additional programming languages.
