خانم ۲۵ ساله به علت خارش و ترشحات سفید و پنیری شکل واژینال مراجعه کرده است . در معاینات التهاب و قرمزی در ناحیه ولوا (بخش خارجی ناحیه تناسلی )مشاهده شد . بیمار سابقه چنین علائمی نداشته و با تشخیص اپیزود اول ولوواژینیت کاندیدیایی تحت درمان با داروهای زیر قرار گرفت .
1) Ointment #Tiramcinolone NN N:1 ✅شبها بر روي موضوع مالیده شود.
2)Vaginal Cream #Clotrimazol1% N:1
✅هر شب یک اپیلیکاتور استعمال شود .
🔻توضیحات:
🔅۷۵٪زنان در طول عمر خود حداقل یک بار این عفونت را تجربه می کنند .و در ۹۰٪موارد کاندیدای آلبیکس علت است .
🔅از طریق تماس جنسی قابل انتقال نمی باشد ولی بهتر است تا انتهای درمان از نزدیکی خودداری شود.
🔅نیستانین ممکن است به عنوان جایگزین استفاده شود ولی ضعیف تر از آزول هاست.
