🔹بامداد گذشته کره شمالی دست به پرتاب یک موشک حامل ماهواره زد که عملیات پرتاب و قرار دادن ماهواره در مدار به یک شکست برای کره شمالی بدل شد.

🔹پرتاب این ماهواره موجب شد تا در ژاپن و کره جنوبی وضعیت اضطراری و آژیر هشدار حمله صادر شود و مردم و ساکنین شهر سئول در کره جنوبی و جزیره اوکیناوا در ژاپن از منازل خود تخلیه شوند.

🔹پرتاب این ماهواره نیز همچون تلاش های قبلی کره شمالی برای قرار دادن ماهواره در مدار موفقیت آمیز نبود و پس از سقوط موشک به دریا، بخشی از لاشه و قطعات آن توسط غواص های کره جنوبی بازیابی شد.
