در این نشست شماری از مقامات عالی مرتبه وزارت امورخارجه و سفارت‌خانه‌های اتریش، چک، قزاقستان، دانمارک، ترکیه، و چندی دیگر از دولت‌های مختلف اروپایی و آسیایی و مهمانانی از نهادهای مختلف فرهنگی، اقتصادی و آموزشی در برنامه حضور داشتند.
