🔹 شرکت بلک سمی‌کانداکتور (Black Semiconductor GmbH)، مستقر در آخن آلمان، اعلام کرد که قصد دارد تا سال ۲۰۲۷ یک خط آزمایشی تولید تراشه‌های ارتباطات نوری مبتنی بر گرافن را راه‌اندازی کند و در سال‌های بعد به تولید انبوه برساند.
🔹 دولت فدرال آلمان و ایالت نوردراین-وستفالن سرمایه‌گذاری قابل‌توجهی روی این استارت‌آپ که در سال ۲۰۲۰ تأسیس شده، انجام داده‌اند و متعهد شده‌اند که ۲۲۸.۷ میلیون یورو به این شرکت کمک مالی ارائه کنند.
