Комплекс жилых домов госпромурала 1930-1937 года постройки. Интересный выделяющийся пример - дом 54, с декоративными балконными перилами и барельефом в виде серпа и молота. К этому дому также не пристроен переход. Получился такой промежуточный образец от конструктивизма к неоклассицизму.
Из других деталей - интересный цилиндрический детский сад.
