Продолжаем строить дома для переселенцев из аварийного жилья в пос. Южный в Подольске. Первый камень в основание дома вместе с жителями заложили в прошлом году по президентскому нацпроекту «Инфраструктура для жизни».

Здесь было 30 аварийных домов, два из них уже расселены — 38 человек переехали в комфортные квартиры. Еще двое воспользовались жилищными сертификатами.

Остальных жителей расселим в две многоэтажки. Одну уже строим — 17 этажей на 199 квартир. В нее переедут 382 человека. В следующем месяце строители завершат монолитные работы. Планируем выдачу ключей на весну 2026 года.

Второй дом рассчитан на 215 квартир. В него въедут 456 человек — не только жители пос. Южный, а еще и других аварийных домов Климовска и мкр. Львовский. Построим дом на месте бывшей коррекционной школы,... подробнее на канале: Воробьёв LIVE
