По данным абхазского МВД, пострадали двое депутатов: Кан Кварчия и Вахтанги Голандзия. Позже в пресс-службе Минздрава сообщили, что Голандзия скончался от полученных ранений.
Предварительно, стрельбу устроил другой депутат — Адгур Харазия. На место происшествия выехала следственно-оперативная группа.
