Хочу добавить, что в систему ОМС для лечения ожирения было бы правильно добавить не только бариатрическую хирургию, но и современные методы медикаментозного лечения ожирения (хотя бы для пациентов с морбидным ожирением), а также СИПАП-терапию для лечения обструктивного апноэ, как одной из причин внезапной смерти у больных с морбидным ожирением.
