Соблюдая красивую традицию пожарного братства, проводили на заслуженный отдых командира отделения 1-ой пожарно-спасательной части по охране города Кызыла Главного управления МЧС России по Республике Тыва, который отдал службе 20 лет. За два десятка лет Орлан Сергеевич Донгак участвовал в тушении крупных и сложных пожаров на территории города Кызыла, кроме этого передавая свой опыт достойно воспитал не одно поколение огнеборцев.
Орлан Сергеевич Донгак награжден рядом ведомственных наград.
