این پروژه طبق اصول و مولفه‌های معماری اسلامی_ایرانی و درخواست‌های کارفرما طراحی شده است. جای‌گذاری فضا و مبلمان به‌نحوی است که استقبال از قبله در شئون مختلف زندگی جاری و ساری‌ست. چراکه پیامبر عظیم‌الشان (صلی‌الله علیه وآله) فرمودند: هر چیزی را شرافتی است و شرافت نشستن، رو به قبله بودن است. همچنین عناصری مانند وان حمام و دوش و سرویس بهداشتی عمود به قبله می‌باشد.
