Responsibilities
— Create, manage, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager
— Develop strategies to achieve client revenue or customer acquisition goals through paid marketing
— Perform data analysis to identify new performance trends and optimization opportunities
— Monitor ad and landing page performance via Analytics, Proprietary Dashboards, and Tracking Systems
— Proactively optimize purchased media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting
— Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting

Requirements
— 3 + years of experience in digital or performance marketing
— At least 2 years of previous Paid Facebook Advertising experience
— Experience analyzing conversion rates, acceptance rates, failure rates, bounce rates, and other common KPIs
— Experience with A/B Testing
— Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, etc.)
— Strong Analytical skills
— Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
— Organized and excellent attention to detail
