1- تکنیک گوجه فرنگی : کار طولانی میخوای انجام بدی زمانتو به فواصل 30 دقیقه ای تقسیم کن، 25 دقیقه کارتو انجام بده و 5 دقیقش رو بدون استرس استراحت بکن. 2- اضافیارو بنداز دور : کارهای بی اهمیت رو از لیست کارای روزانت حذف کن. شب قبل سه تا از مهم ترین کارهایی که باید انجام بدی رو به ترتیب اولویت لیست کن و اول اونارو انجام بده بعد برو سراغ بقیه کارا. 3- ذهنتو گول بزن : یه کار خسته کننده رو با یه کاری که دوسش داری ترکیب کن. مثلا میخوای اتاقتو جمع و جور کنی یه آهنگ پلی کن و برو کارارو انجام بده، به شدت جوابه.
