▫️ در سال ۱۴۰۲ حدود بیش از ۲۵ هزار نفر نیروی خرید خدمات داشتیم که از طریق شرکت‌های خصوصی حقوق دریافت می‌کردند که اکنون همه آن‌ها به اسم حق‌التدریس آزاد با خود آموزش و پرورش به طور مستقیم ارتباط دارند. در حال حاضر تعداد حق‌التدریسی‌ها حدود همان ۲۵ هزار نفر هستند. خرید خدماتی‌ها و شرکتی‌ها نیز یکی شدند و به صورت حق‌التدریسی‌های آزاد درآمدند و حقوق آن‌ها اصلاح و در شورای حقوق و دستمزد به ازای ۲۴ ساعت، حداقل حقوق قانونی را دریافت می‌کنند.
