🔻این رای در پاسخ تجدیدنظرخواهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند به رای اولیه صادره از سوی دیوان عدالت صادر شده اما بازهم اضافه‌کار اجباری را خلاف قانون دانسته است.
