🛑 اوردر MI یا سکته قلبی

Imp : Myocardial Infraction
condition : emergent
activity : CBR
Diet : NPO
Position : Supine

Please :

1) IV line fixed

2) CBC diff , BUN , Cr , Na , K , BS , PT , PTT , INR

3) check Troponin ( 0 - 6 h )

4) CM & POM ( cardiac monitoring and pulse oximetry

5) O2 therapy with mask 4-6 lit/min if O2sat < 94%

6) EKG ( 0 - 30 - 60 min )

7) Chest x-ray

8) Perl TNG 0.4 mg sublingual stat if SBP > 90 mmhg

8) Tab ASA 325 mg PO stat and then 80 mg PO daily

9) Serum TNG 10 µg/min IV infusion until relief of Chest pain ( if PR > 60 and SBP > 100 )

10) Amp Morphine 2 ( to 5 ) mg IV stat slowly

11) Tab Atorvastatine 80 mg PO stat

12) Tab Plavix 300 mg PO stat and then 75 mg PO Daily

13) Tab metoral 12.5 mg PO stat if PR > 60 and SBP > 100

14) Tab Captopril 6.25 mg PO stat if SBP > 100

15) Amp Heparin 4000 unit IV stat and then 1000 Unit/h
