I wrote this article a decade ago and it was great to reread this book summary! Goes well with the current spring cleaning vibes.

Right now, high-frequency galactic waves are moving through the Earth's field, affecting not only the planet... they're flowing through us.
Every unprocessed emotion,
every layer of old programming, & every baggage from past lives & subconsciousness is being stirred up to be released.
That's why so many of us feel oppressed, foggy, emotionally or physically drained. It's not a sign of weakness... it's cleansing. The more baggage you've carried through this & other lives, the more intense this experience can feel right now.
But here's the gift: When you feel it, you also raise your frequency. The waves break most strongly where there is something to be cleared.
Don't resist it.
Don't hold onto it.
Just breathe, ground yourself, drink water, speak your truth, & let it rise & move.
We are becoming living temples of this new era, & every cleansing is part of your memory journey.
Swing higher. You are not alone.

Last-minute rescue....
In 2009, the famous Italian freediver Enzo Maiorca was diving with his daughter Rossana off the coast of Syracuse.
During one dive, he suddenly felt a slight jolt in his back. When he turned around, he saw a dolphin – but it didn't want to play, but seemed to be urgently asking for help.
The dolphin dove down, and Enzo followed. At a depth of about 15 meters, he spotted a second dolphin entangled in an abandoned fishing net. Enzo asked his daughter for a knife and was able to free the animal at the last minute. The dolphin, visibly weakened, let out a sound that Enzo later described as an "almost human scream."
Barely reaching the surface, it turned out to be a pregnant female – a few moments later, she gave birth to a baby dolphin. The male dolphin circled the scene, swam up to Enzo, gently touched his cheek—like a kiss—and then disappeared into the open sea with his little family.
Later, Enzo said, moved:
"As long as humans don't learn to respect nature and communicate with animals, they will never understand their true role on this earth."
