残障人士遭遇的障碍不是他们自己的个人问题，而通过预防治疗去符合主流与正常的定义这种个人解决思路，不仅不能让社会更包容更人性化，反而导致残障人士自卑低自尊。在态度和环境障碍相互作用存在的情况下，提供合理便利是全社会需要一同去解决的问题，残障人士应当理直气壮地要求这种权利和便利，去定义一个无障碍的社会。
