Описание вакансии ниже, но необходимо подчеркнуть некоторые моменты:
1. Работа из офиса в Москва Сити. Не удаленка, не гибрид.
2. Это будет юрист в единственном числе. Статус должности и ответственность высокие, но подчиненных не будет. Нужно будет заниматься всем, включая хозяйственные договоры.
3. Работа с юридическими фирмами предполагается.
4. Опыт в коммодити трейдинге будет большим плюсом.
5. По оплате они готовы быть очень гибкими для подходящего кандидата.
6. В идеале, кандидат с опытом 10 лет PQE, не больше.
Senior Lawyer
An independent commodity trading firm headquartered in Singapore with business presence across Asia and Africa. We are looking to hire an experienced professional as a Senior Lawyer who will be able to bring wealth of experience in the area of commodity trading (ideally Oil & Gas background).
Responsibilities:
⏺Main focus - corporate legal structuring (existing and new companies) ⏺Supervision over and maintenance of existing international group of companies ⏺Organize all required workstreams and maintain a number of existing JVs ⏺Provide full fledge in house legal support for creation of new JVs (cooperation agreements and other documents governing relations between the parties of the JVs) ⏺Design legal solutions to accommodate enquiries of Business Development and Trading Departments (convenient and resilient cross-border settlements, maximized protection) ⏺Set up new companies in wide range of jurisdictions ⏺Supervision over legal risks and recurring optimisation of existing solutions
Requirements:
⏺Degree in law from a university ⏺Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or as a legal counsel with industry-relevant experience (in an oil, energy, and/or commodities trading company) ⏺Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments such as operations, traders, trade finance, and shipping ⏺Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills ⏺Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
