در صفحه مورد نظر بر روي ورود به فرم ثبت نام كليك نماييد و انتخاب واحد خود را انجام دهيد. پس از انجام انتخاب واحد، سطري در پيشخوان شما ظاهر مي شود، با كليك بر روي آيكون تاييد و ارسال درخواست شما به استاد مشاور آموزشي (استاد راهنما)ارسال مي گردد. در صورتي كه استاد تاييد كنند، در قسمت جستجو در سمت چپ و بالاي صفحه گزينه همه موارد را انتخاب كرده و سپس با كليك بر روي مشاهده گردش كار ، توضيحات استاد را مشاهده نماييد.
