Тинькофф вообще без отделений существует как-то. А совкам всё отделения нужны для создания искусственных очередей. И так у них всегда. Ещё бы с почты убрали бы все ненужные функции типа оплаты квитанций и выдачи пенсий, чтобы почта была почтой, а не сберкассой с очередью.
