خوب است حین اقدام کردن برای موقعیت‌های کاری،         
                  
۱- لیستی از موسسات فعال در حوزه‌های مختلف کاری تهیه کنید.   
                       
۲- لیستی از مهارت‌های مورد نیاز پرتکرار برای موقعیت‌های کاری مورد علاقه‌تان تهیه کنید.   
                       
۳- برای کسب آن مهارت‌ها برنامه‌ریزی کنید.                       
   
۴- صفحات موسسات مورد علاقه‌تان را در شبکه‌های اجتماعی (عمدتا لینکدین و توییتر) دنبال کنید.                           

۵- این لیست‌ها را به تدریج و در طول زمان تکمیل کنید.         
                 
با این رویکرد، آگهی‌های شغلی می‌توانند نقش نقشه مسیر یادگیری را برای شما ایفا کنند.
