IT之家 7 月 4 日消息，据《北京日报》今日报道，抖音宣布启动“共建文明直播・2025 暑期未成年人”专项行动，明确禁止未满 16 周岁的未成年人出镜直播。此外，年满 16 周岁未满 18 周岁的未成年人开播，需征得其父母或监护人书面同意。违反该规范实施上述行为的，平台将回收账号直播权限。抖音直播相关负责人介绍，2025 年至今，全国共有 1.5 万个账号因涉未成年人打赏被暂停充值、消费功能，已回收未成年人冒用成年人账号直播权限 8441 个。此外，因利用未成年人形象牟利，共有 372 个账号被无限期回收直播权限。…
