IT之家 11 月 28 日消息，根据英特尔本月 25 日向美国证券交易委员会 SEC 提交的 Form 8-K 文件，美国商务部在向英特尔提供合计 78.65 亿美元（IT之家备注：当前约 570.13 亿元人民币）《CHIPS》法案资助的同时，也限制了英特尔尤其是其代工部门的股权交易。英特尔向 SEC 表示，其与美国商务部将下列 5 项交易定义为“控制权变更”交易，这些交易需要满足一系列条件或得到美国商务部的特许同意：第三方收购英特尔 35% 及以上的所有权或投票权，或是以其它方式得到英特尔控制权；
