IT之家 11 月 28 日消息，三菱电机本月正式宣布计划投资约 100 亿日元（IT之家备注：当前约 4.79 亿元人民币），在其位于日本福冈县福冈市的功率器件制作所新建一座功率半导体模块封装与测试工厂，目标 2026 年 10 月投运。该工厂建设计划最初公开于 2023 年 3 月，共 5 层，总面积达 25270 平方米，将承担三菱电机大部分功率器件封测工作。这一工厂将整合三菱电机此前分散在各地的封装与测试生产线，囊括从零部件入库到生产制造再到最终发货的全部流程，并通过新系统的导入实现生产管理…
