▪️سندی که در ادامه آمده است یک گزارش امنیتی است که از واحد «گزارشات – تلفن‌خانه» به «کمیته مرکزی» ارسال شده و حاوی اطلاعاتی درباره فعالیت‌های مشکوک صادق قطب‌زاده است. در این گزارش، ابتدا به چاپ آدرسی در روزنامه کیهان اشاره می‌شود که گفته شده متعلق به دفتر قطب‌زاده است. نکته قابل توجه در همین ابتدا، این است که رسانه‌ها – یا دست‌کم برخی از آن‌ها – در آن مقطع زمانی در افشای احتمالی چهره‌های مشکوک نقش ایفا می‌کرده‌اند یا از اطلاعات نهادهای امنیتی بهره می‌برده‌اند.
