معنی: یک جهش در یک ژن می‌تواند منجر به یک اختلال متابولیکی جدی شود.

افزایش دادن، بالا بردن (مقدار، سطح، اهمیت)

معنی: افزایش دادن یا بالا بردن چیزی از نظر سطح، مقدار یا وضعیت؛ اغلب در مورد نشانگرهای زیستی یا پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی استفاده می‌شود.

✏️ Example: Stress can elevate cortisol levels in the human body.
معنی: استرس می‌تواند سطح کورتیزول را در بدن انسان افزایش دهد.
