وكيل محافظة تعز للشؤون الصحية، د. إيلان عبدالحق، أكدت أن شركات الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية بدأت بتعديل أسعارها وفق القوائم الرسمية من كبار تجار الجملة، مشيرة إلى منح الشركات مهلة يومين فقط لاستكمال الإجراءات.

د. ايلان عبدالحق أكدت أنه لا عذر للصيدليات بعد انتهاء المهلة في البيع بالأسعار القديمة، مشيرة إلى أن أي صيدلية مخالفة ستتعرض للإغلاق وسحب الترخيص وفق الإجراءات القانونية، في الوقت الذي دعت الصيدليات إلى الالتزام بالتسعيرة الجديدة الموحدة المعتمدة من الهيئة العليا للأدوية، وإصدار فواتير نظامية للمواطنين.
