訓練條件:已掌握基礎格鬥站姿、移動步法、出拳方法(包括直拳、勾拳)

一個做攻,一個做守,輪流交換。以下列方式循序漸進:
1. 攻方只打左直拳
2. 攻方只打右直拳
3. 攻方可以隨機打左或右直拳
4. 攻方只打左勾拳
5. 攻方只打右勾拳
6. 攻方可以隨機打左或右勾拳
7. 攻方可以隨機打左、右直拳和左、右勾拳

可以參考以上的方式,當掌握一種攻擊的防禦方式後,加入新的攻擊方式。每個新動作開始時慢慢做,練好手勢養好習慣,之後先加快。

力量方面,練習初期請用30%-50%力。但熟練之後,可以用70%力,增加實戰的臨場感和壓迫感。

⚠️如用70%力練習,建議攻方戴拳套,減少拳頭受傷的機會。
⚠️此為攻守練習,並非雙方自由對打。如要自由對打,請配戴適當的護具,及於有經驗者的指導下進行。
