به نظر می رسد اکثر برنامه‌های ستاد شکست خورده و میلیاردها تومان پولی که صرف احیای آن شده معلوم نیست کجاست و کسی هم پاسخگو نیست. فاجعه بزرگتر از آن چیزی است که مسئولان می‌گویند.
