Company Abstract IT Group, https://abstract-it.uz/. They are looking for a part or full time CTO for their TMS project, which is expected to launch for US Market.

Responsibilities:
Define and build scalable technical architecture aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the full development lifecycle of web and mobile products.

Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
Develop and maintain DevOps practices, infrastructure, and information security.

Collaborate with executives and external partners to align technology with strategic goals.
Ensure product stability, performance, and scalability in production.
Contribute to the long-term technology strategy and roadmap (3–5 years).

Requirements:

Proven experience as CTO/Technical Director (3+ years) with successful projects in the US market.
Expertise in fintech architecture and enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, TMS, logistics systems).
Strong backend engineering background (Golang preferred; frontend experience is a plus).
Hands-on experience building and scaling engineering teams and infrastructure.

Proficiency in Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
Knowledge of engineering analytics (MTTR, MTBF, Error Budget, KPIs).
Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).
Familiarity with security and compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, comfortable with C-level discussions.
