it's the last day of june, and I think it’s the right moment to reflect on everything that’s unfolded over the past month
first, a quick personal update - then we’ll move on to the content shared here on the channel
june has been intense, to say the least my life shifted dramatically - all my future plans were dismantled in a single day🥲
🔥but life goes on..!
and I have no intention of fixating on the negative, instead, I'd like to highlight the things that brought light this month:
📌I managed to strike a healthy work-life balance, spent quality time with my family and closest friend - we went bowling, discovered new cafés, and took long walks
📌I also started waking up around 5:30 am, which has had a surprisingly positive impact on my daily rhythm
📌on top of that, i finally returned to a consistent gym routine - and the results are already noticeable
💡to sum it up: even when the road ahead collapses, we still have the power to steady ourselves - by investing in our well-being and focusing on what we can control
