الثاليل “warts” مرض جلدي ناتج عن اصابة وعدوى فايروس (HPV)(فيروس الورم الحليمي البشري ) هذا نوع من الفيروسات يصيب الجلد والأغشية المخاطية بأي مكان بالجسم، لكن اكثر شي شائع في اليدين والقدمين ينتقل بطريقتين :
Direct contact: لمس مباشر لشخص مريض بالثآليل
Fomites: أدوات أو سطح ملوث، مثل المناشف أو الأرضيات مثل أرضية الحمام أو المسبح انواع من الثاليل : Common Wart(Verruca vulgaris)الشائع هاي تكون شكلها مثل شكل القبة (dome shape)(شوفوا الصورة هيج مرتفع شلون القبة)
الجلد يكون سميك ومتين (hyperkeratotic)
