وبروتين يوريا <+2

▪️ miled preeclampcia :
١. ضغط الدم 140/90mmHg
٢. +1 - +2 بروتين يوريا
٣. تودم بسيط في الاطراف العلوية والوجه
٤. صداع واضطرابات في النظر
٥. غثيان وقيء
٦. قلة بحركة الجنين

▪️ severe preeclampcia :
١. ضغط الدم 160/110
٢. +2 - +3 بروتين يوريا
٣. صداع شديد ومستمر
٤. oliguria
٥. تودم شديد مع زيادة الوزن بشكل مفاجئ
٦. pulmonary edema
٧. مشاكل في الكلى
٨. intra uterin growth retardation

▪️ المضاعفات :
١. eclampcia
٢. placenta abruption
٣. Hellp syndrom
٤. pulmonary edema
٥. strok
٦. death

▪️ التدبير :
١.اذا كانت الحالة miled
• مراقبة الحالة
• وضعها على نظام غذائي بنخفظ الكربوهيدرات وغني بالبروتينات
• مراقبة ضغط الدم وكمية البول مع حركة الجنين ونبضات قلبه بشكل يومي

٢. اذا كانت الحالة severe
• معالجتها دوائيا ب
١. anticonvulsion agents
magnisium solphat
ف حال hypermagnicimia
نستخدم calcium glocunate
ك antidot

٢. antihypertensive agents

Hydralyzin
nefidipine
او
labetalol

التدبير الولادي يكون حسب عمر الحمل
١. اذا كان عمر الحمل مناسب التوليد طبيعيا
٢. اذا كان عمر الحمل بين 24 - 34 اسبوع نعطي dexamethazon 6 mg
كل 12 ساعة لمدة 48 ساعة
ثم التوليد طبيعياً.
