الجواب: إذا لم تكن قد عقدت صيغة النذر الشرعي، لا يجب عليها الوفاء بالنذر، وأمَّا إذا عقدت صيغة النذر مع مراعاة الشرائط الشرعية، وجب عليها العمل على نحو ما نذرت، ولا يجوز لها التخلّف عن ذلك.
