SAT March 8 troubleshooting, aka gift for International Women's Day!

After 7 hours of trying and multiple emails, we successfully contacted the College Board. They are aware that it happened in multiple countries with thousands of students.

Again, I am not trying to make flimsy excuses, but it's not any of the test center's fault. The College Board has no exact answer for why it happened. We have received clear instructions:

1. We reported what happened to the College Board.
2. In the next step, students have two options: refund or make-up test.
3. The College Board is working on a make-up test for those who have reported a problem.

Please be patient. It might be just $111 for you, but the college board has millions of dollars at stake.

The make-up test will be either the last week of March or the first week of April.

For now, please report the problem and wait for further instructions!
