Οι αεροπορικές εταιρείες έχουν ήδη προχωρήσει σε αλλαγές στα δρομολόγιά τους. Έχουν ακυρωθεί οι πτήσεις από Λάρνακα προς Αθήνα των Aegean, Cyprus Airways και SkyExpress.
Ακυρώθηκαν επίσης πτήσεις προς Θεσσαλονίκη από Λάρνακα (Aegean και SkyExpress) και από Πάφο (Ryanair). Ωστόσο, η Wizz Air δεν έχει ακόμη ακυρώσει (και ίσως δεν ακυρώσει) την προγραμματισμένη βραδινή πτήση Λάρνακα–Θεσσαλονίκη.
