Starting April 1, 2025, Wizz Air will fully transition to cashless payments for onboard purchases during flights. Passengers will now be able to pay only with cards and digital wallets, including:

London's Heathrow Airport has been shut down for at least 24 hours due to a fire at a nearby power substation, located just a few kilometres from the airport.
Some flights have been diverted to nearby airports, while others have been cancelled or rescheduled. British Airways flights between London and Larnaca have also been cancelled today.

From 19 March, the taxi pick-up point and parking layout at Larnaca Airport have changed due to the launch of terminal expansion works. As a result, traffic in the arrivals area is temporarily restricted.
The new taxi waiting and pick-up zone is now located on the western side of the terminal building, at arrivals level (highlighted in yellow on the map). Passengers are advised to follow the signage throughout the airport.
