Сегодня выступал в Алматы на мероприятии Google Dev Fest с темой про то как меняется работа CTO, как меняется его фокус при росте с 0 до 250 человек. Получилось более структурно и системно и даже с саммари. Для меня главная цель – не повторить ошибок, поскольку сейчас я снова стал просто обычным разработчиком и пытаюсь запустить стартап 🙂
