The US used 36 Tomahawks on Isfahan and entirely took out at least 20 buildings, and completely obliterated the nuclear facility. Tomahawks are extremely effective and accurate against such targets.

In total, up to 50 Tomahawks are needed to take out the entire Alabuga drone factory. But the whole factory does not need to be destroyed; only the main buildings and specific parts of the factory need to be destroyed, and striking them with 20 missiles or fewer would cause serious damage and massive explosions.
