در چارچوب ماده 34 قانون احكام دائمي برنامه‌هاي توسعه كشور، ماده 23 قانون برنامه و بودجه و به استناد تبصره 2 ماده 4 " نظام فني و اجرايي يكپارچه كشور" موضوع مصوبه شماره 25254/ ت 57697 هـ مورخ 1400/08/03 هيات محترم وزيران، به پيوست ضابطه شماره 2-110 امور نظام فني و اجرايي، با عنوان» مشخصات فني عمومي و اجرايي تاسيسات برقي ساختمان - جلد دوم: تاسيسات برقي جريان ضعيف (تجديد نظر دوم) ابلاغ مي‌شود؛ تا از تاريخ 1402/04/01 به اجرا درآيد. رعايت كامل مفاد اين نشريه از طرف دستگاه‌هاي اجرايي، مهندسان مشاور، پيمانكاران و عوامل ديگر در اجراي طرح‌ها، الزامي است.
