But the gm app was shut down back in September after a hacker reportedly gained access to user data. To edit your name or bio, click the Menu icon and select “Manage Channel.” The public channel had more than 109,000 subscribers, Judge Hui said. "Doxxing content is forbidden on Telegram and our moderators routinely remove such content from around the world," said a spokesman for the messaging app, Remi Vaughn.
